HiFive works with participating Oregon roasters to bring a rotating local coffee experience into workplace events. Roasters are independent Oregon businesses, and coffee is available only as part of a HiFive seated-massage event.
You're booking The Elevated Coffee Break featuring a local Oregon roaster, not a specific coffee company. HiFive matches the Featured Roaster to your event and confirms who it will be before the day. You're welcome to name a favorite; it isn't guaranteed unless we confirm it. If a confirmed roaster becomes unavailable, HiFive will substitute another Featured Roaster or credit the coffee portion.
Booking HiFive again? We'll intentionally introduce your team to a different Featured Oregon Roaster next time — another chance for employees to discover an Oregon coffee business they haven't tried.
Where the employer permits it, the featured roaster may sell packaged coffee or take future orders directly. Those transactions are between the roaster and the buyer — HiFive is not the merchant of record and does not handle retail payments, sales tax, inventory, fulfillment, returns, or retail customer service.

Elevated Coffee Break pricing
The Elevated Coffee Break is an add-on to a HiFive seated-massage event and is priced on expected event participation. Standard coffee service runs approximately two hours, subject to event requirements and Featured Roaster capacity.
These prices are for the coffee experience only.
Elevated Coffee Break pricing is added to the separately calculated HiFive seated-massage event price. It is not a standalone service and does not include massage. Seated massage is $120/hour per therapist, with a 2-hour minimum.

- Coffee tiers are priced on expected event participation — not your total headcount and not the number of massage appointments.
- Seated massage is priced separately at our standard rates: $120 per hour, per therapist, two-hour minimum.
- Larger events, extended service, or multiple stations are quoted individually.
- Pricing covers Portland Metro; travel outside the core area is quoted.

Can we book the coffee on its own?
No. The Elevated Coffee Break is an enhancement to a HiFive seated-massage event. Coffee is not sold separately.
Which roaster will we get?
HiFive matches a Featured Oregon Roaster to your event based on date, size, location, format and fit, then confirms who it is before the day. You can name a favorite, but it isn't guaranteed unless we confirm it.
Is it an espresso bar?
No. It's fast, curated and grab-and-go: typically a featured hot coffee, a second hot option or decaf, and cold brew where practical. No made-to-order café menu.
How much coffee is included?
We plan around approximately one complimentary coffee per expected participant, plus an operational buffer. No drink tickets, no checking receipts.
Does everyone get a massage too?
Massage capacity depends on the therapist hours you book. We recommend a therapist count from your expected participation and the number of appointments you'd like available.
