Pricing shown on the website is intended to provide clear general pricing information. Final quotes may vary based on event location, event length, number of therapists requested, travel requirements, parking, short-notice scheduling, special logistics, holidays, or other event-specific needs.

Any additional fees will be discussed before booking whenever applicable.

HiFive events require therapist scheduling, travel planning, and reserved event time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations or reschedule requests made at least 48 hours before the event may be moved to a new date, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows, inaccessible event locations, or events that cannot proceed due to missing required access, unsafe conditions, or client-side scheduling issues may be charged in full.

HiFive may work with independent contractor massage therapists. Contractors are responsible for maintaining required licensure, professional qualifications, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.

Submitting a contractor application does not guarantee approval, assignments, hours, event placement, medical massage program participation, or ongoing work.

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, interfere with website functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
