Session length and staffing
Sessions generally run 5 to 30 minutes depending on the event and what you want people to walk away with. Shorter sessions serve more people; longer sessions feel more like a treat.
For high-throughput workplace events we commonly recommend 10-minute massage with a 2-minute turnover — about 5 appointments per therapist per hour. Adding therapists increases how many people can be seen in the same window.
