Additional fees may apply for events outside our standard service area, short-notice bookings, holidays, parking requirements, or events requiring unusual setup logistics. Any additional costs will be discussed before booking — never added as a surprise.
Price-Match Guarantee
HiFive is committed to making professional seated massage accessible for workplace and event clients. If you receive a lower written quote from another licensed and insured chair massage provider, send it to us and we'll do our best to match it for a comparable event.
Comparable quotes must include the same event date, location, number of therapists, service length, and scope of service. Price matching is subject to availability and does not apply to expired promotions, unlicensed providers, uninsured providers, non-comparable packages, or quotes that exclude travel, setup, or required event logistics.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
HiFive events require therapist scheduling, travel planning, and reserved event time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made at least 48 hours before the event may be moved to a new date, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows, inaccessible event locations, or events that cannot proceed due to missing required access, unsafe conditions, or client-side scheduling issues may be charged in full.
