How pricing works
Seated massage is priced by the hour, per massage therapist — $120 per hour with a two-hour minimum. You choose how long the event runs and how many therapists are on site; everything else is included.

Additional costs may apply for events outside our standard service area, holidays, short-notice bookings, or unusual setup logistics. These are always discussed before booking — never added as a surprise. Gratuity is optional.
How many people can we serve?
Our standard workplace format is a 10-minute massage in a 12-minute appointment block, which works out to about 5 appointments per therapist per hour. Multiply by your therapists and hours to see how many appointments are available.

Add a curated local coffee experience to your HiFive seated massage event. Coffee experience pricing is customized based on expected participation, event duration, location, and Featured Roaster requirements.
- Coffee is an add-on to a HiFive seated massage event.
- We do not offer the coffee experience as a standalone coffee service.
- Seated massage remains separately priced at $120/hour per therapist, two-hour minimum.

Recurring wellness programs
Many Portland-area teams book HiFive on a regular schedule — monthly, biweekly, or weekly. Ongoing programs are quoted individually based on frequency, therapist hours, and locations, so you get pricing built around your actual schedule.

Because we reserve licensed therapists — and, for The Elevated Coffee Break, commit costs to a Featured Roaster — event dates are held with a deposit.
- A 50% deposit confirms and secures your event date.
- The remaining balance is due 7 calendar days before the event.
- Events confirmed within 7 days of the event date are paid in full at confirmation.
- An inquiry or draft quote does not by itself secure the event.
- Refunds and deposit transfers depend on how much notice you give — see our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
