How many therapists do we need?: Divide the number of people you want served by four per therapist-hour for 15-minute sessions. For 60 people in a 4-hour window, two to three therapists is the usual answer.
Do employees need to sign up in advance?: It works either way, but a signup sheet keeps the schedule full and avoids a queue. We provide one you can post or circulate.
Can you run it alongside food or other activities?: Yes. Chair massage pairs well with a catered lunch or a benefits fair — people rotate through while the rest of the event continues.
How far in advance should we book?: Three to four weeks is comfortable. We can often accommodate shorter notice, especially mid-week.
