How many people you want served
Headcount and session length set the number of therapist-hours. More therapists shorten the event rather than raising the per-hour rate.
How long the event runs
Billing is per therapist, per hour, with a 2-hour minimum. A longer window means more people served at the same hourly rate.
One-time vs. recurring
Recurring monthly and biweekly programs are billed at reduced hourly rates because scheduling and staffing are locked in ahead of time.

- At $120 per therapist-hour and roughly four 15-minute sessions per therapist-hour, the typical cost lands near $30 per employee served. Shorter 10-minute sessions serve more people per hour and lower that figure.
- Is there a minimum booking?
- Yes — 2 hours per therapist. That is enough time to serve a meaningful number of people and covers the therapist's travel and setup.
- Do you charge travel fees inside Metro Detroit?
- No travel surcharge for our standard Metro Detroit service area across Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties. Locations well outside that radius are quoted individually.
- Is gratuity included?
- Gratuity is entirely optional. If you choose to add one, it is divided equally among the therapists working your event and is shown as a separate line on your estimate.
- What does a recurring wellness program cost?
- Monthly visits are billed at $110 per therapist-hour and biweekly visits at $105, with the same 2-hour minimum per visit.
